"I have also had a bad experience with the Agency, although the Corporate is adding to the issue, I am aware of who is doing what here, even if Andria takes a page out of Dewine's book and says I'm confused! The office is very laid back, I talked to Andrea when I signed up, but she has been unavailable since then, I usually get some sleepy sounding guy who wants to talk about fishing, anyway, the company has taken over 15 days to get my money back to me that was billed twice by the fisherman. I now have to pay my credit card for the over billed amount, so instead of being out $1450.00, I'm out $@2900.00 until they get around to a refund. Maybe I need to call 6 on my side or one of the networks to get some attention!!"
